Christmas was going as smooth as any other for Santa Claus. Father Christmas was heading to his final destination to deliver the last batch of presents to finish off another great Christmas. However, the final workload of gifts was heavy and Santa’s back was dealing with some back problems after lots of heavy lifting gifts this year.
Nonetheless, the jolly man in red got the toy truck, baseball bat, nerf gatling gun, and some plush toys and slid down the chimney. Santa quietly set up the presents under the Christmas tree and made his way back up the chimney. Saint Nick got the job done, but something was off. Santa Claus back started to act up and he was barely able to scrape his way back out of the chimney.
He laid on the snowy rooftop, struggling to get on his feet. Fortunately for the face of Christmas, his reindeer were able to pick him up using their large antlers so he could get back into his sleigh and fly back to the North Pole. Santa’s back ached the entire ride home and had to find a method to fix his busted back.
He called his trusty elves over to help keep his balance and escort him into his room. Father Christmas got into his comfy chair and decided to browse on his computer on solutions for his back problems. After browsing for a while, Santa stumbled on a website called “Focus Physical Therapy”. He did some research and discovered Focus Physical Therapy is a health program that helps people with physical health problems, something Santa Claus could really use. It is located in Santa Clarita on Peachland avenue.
Exhausted from all the research and his aching back, Father Christmas got his pajamas on and hit the hay. He dozed off to sleep shortly after. He scheduled an appointment online early in the morning, going under cover by the name of Samuel Crash, got into some average looking summer clothes, and was ready to head off. His sleigh was ready for liftoff and the elves helped him get up on his ride to head off to Santa Clarita.
After a very long flight, Santa finally made it to Focus Physical Therapy to treat his back. He met with a physical therapist and told him about his back giving him many problems after doing some heavy lifting, replacing the original context of carrying presents with a fake story of lifting heavy boxes in his garage. The physical therapist examined his back and said he strained his muscle due to improper lifting techniques and said his muscles were unbalanced. The Focus therapist recommended Santa try the latest therapy innovation, the Neubie machine.
The physical therapist suggested to “Samuel Crash” to focus on the lumbar region of his body, with exercises such as Windshield Wipers, Sphinx Stretches and Glute Bridges all being great options. Samuel was given a physical demonstration of the new exercise techniques to help out his back and thanked the Physical Therapist for all his support. A session on the Neubie machine did wonders. Samuel got back on his sleigh and traveled all the way back to the North Pole and tried out his new exercising techniques.
One week later, Santa was feeling as new as an elven made toy fresh off the assembly line and felt so happy he could finally move around normally again with no setbacks.
