Here’s a fun and festive recipe for Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Hot Chocolate:

Ingredients:

4 cups of milk (you can use any kind of milk you prefer, such as whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream or marshmallows for topping
Red M&M’s or red candy for Rudolph’s nose
Candy eyes or mini marshmallows for Rudolph’s eyes
Pretzels for antlers
Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Once the milk is warm, whisk in the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue to whisk until the cocoa powder and sugar are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Allow the hot chocolate to simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired temperature.
While the hot chocolate is heating, prepare Rudolph’s decorations. Use the red M&M or red candy for Rudolph’s nose, candy eyes or mini marshmallows for his eyes, and break pretzels into antler shapes.
Once the hot chocolate is ready, pour it into mugs.
Top each mug of hot chocolate with whipped cream or marshmallows.
Place the red candy or M&M near the top of the whipped cream or marshmallows to represent Rudolph’s nose.
Add the candy eyes or mini marshmallows slightly below the nose.
Insert the pretzel pieces into the sides of the mug to create Rudolph’s antlers.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Hot Chocolate!

It’s Santa’s favorite.
